Couch to 5k week 4 was seriously tough! I am so glad it is over, I did it, and I'm teeming with anticipation for week 5!
Couch to 5k week 3 was a blast. It was a tough blast, but a blast never the less.
C25K week 2 was a blast! I enjoyed challenging myself to improve each day and succeeding in doing so. I am looking forward to what week 3 brings!
